Following his articles, Mark carried on a general corporate commercial practice as an associate at McDougall Gauley LLP for several years before transitioning to work as in-house counsel at the City of Regina for six years. While working as in-house counsel, Mark provided legal support for some of the City’s most complex infrastructure projects, land development, information technology services, procurement and construction works. Since the establishment of the Regina Revitalization Initiative in 2011, Mark was lead counsel of the City’s Stadium Project and provided legal support on the City’s wastewater treatment plant P3 project.

Mark maintains a general corporate commercial practice with an emphasis on land development, secured transactions and procurement advising.

Meagan practiced at Wardell Gillis before starting the firm of Ward Mischuk Thomson LLP. ??Prior to attending law school, Meagan worked at Walper-Bossence Law Office in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. During this time, she also participated in an internship at The Washington Centre in Washington, D.C. where she worked at a local law firm specializing in criminal defence and civil litigation. During this internship, Meagan had the opportunity to participate in a murder jury trial as well as two wrongful death lawsuits. ?Meagan carries on a practice focusing in criminal defence, wills and estate planning, real estate and employment law. Meagan has conducted trials at the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan. She has also conducted appeals at the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan and assisted with appeals at the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan.
