She has successfully resolved cases against some formidable opponents including banks, quasi-governmental organizations, and large corporations, and has represented clients before tribunals and various levels of courts including the Federal Court of Canada. She is a member of the bar of Ontario and is also a past lecturer in Real Estate Law at York University. Greg regularly represents clients with respect to cross-border trade and investment issues, including compliance with international agreements (such as the North American Free Trade Agreement, the World Trade Organization and its various agreements), other bilateral and regional trade and investment agreements, export controls, sanctions, export/import licences, and procurement disputes. He also has considerable experience in representing Canadian and foreign clients in trade remedy matters, including antidumping and anti-subsidy investigations. Another significant area of Greg's practice involves advising clients on all aspects of customs law, including planning and compliance with respect to all aspects of the importation and exportation of goods and services, such as tariff classification, customs valuation, rules of origin, export and import controls, marking rules, seizures and ascertained forfeitures, administrative monetary penalties, and voluntary disclosures.
