Ben Parkin is Director, Legal Services, Litigation at WorkSafeBC. Reporting to the Senior Vice President he manages a group of litigation staff and conducts high profile litigation for the organization. He appears in all levels of court in British Columbia and at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Dale is a senior-level partner and one of the leaders of the Personal Injury Litigation department.
