I have an LL.B. from the University of Ghana and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, focusing on Corporate and Commercial Transactions. In 2017, I was called as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and in 2023, I was called to the Law Society of Alberta.
I have a broad corporate and commercial practice working as in-house counsel for multinational upstream oil and gas companies in Europe, and Middle East Africa (EMEA Region) and recently working as in-house counsel for an oil and gas service company in Canada. My oil and gas industry experience comprises conventional offshore formations and unconventional oil sands and Montney formations.
Outside work, I enjoy conversing with people from different walks of life. I love to walk/run, play tennis and occasionally get in the boxing ring. When I can spare some time, I read fashion and lifestyle magazines.
