Marvin has lived in the Okanagan since 1992 when he was called to the Bar in British Columbia. His practice includes immigration law, dispute resolution and commercial litigation along with personal injury litigation. He also has extensive trial experience (Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia) and has appeared in the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.
