Mackillop Law Professional Corporation is a management side labour and employment law firm. Since 1999, we have been advising private and public sector employers on all matters relating to the workplace. In addition, we have been representing employers in Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice, Provincial Court, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining and professional disciplinary hearings. We also advise Boards of Directors on issues relating to governance.
Carol Mackillop is a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace at Queen’s University. Carol was the first woman to Chair the Board of Directors of Kingston General Hospital, an academic health sciences centre associated with Queen’s University. In 2013, Carol was awarded the Lou Tepper Award of Excellence by the Frontenac Law Association.
