Information about the specialist
Wendy Clifford was called to the bar in 1989. Wendy has advised clients for over 25 years in the area of estate planning and trusts, estate administration, business law, companies and corporate reorganizations, and real property. Wendy was born and raised in Port Alberni and obtained her Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of British Columbia. Upon completion of law school, she articled at Jarvis & Company in Vancouver and then joined that firm as an associate lawyer. After 5 years with Jarvis & Company, Wendy returned to Vancouver Island with her family in 1993. Wendy practiced as a sole practitioner until merging her practice with Heath Law LLP in 1999. She became of partner of Heath Law LLP in 2004.
Wendy is a former Vice-President of the Port Theatre Society, and currently serves as director and officer of the Nanaimo Airport Commission. She is a member of the Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
Wendy is knowledgeable and approachable. She prides herself on providing quality work and practical advice to her clients. Her busy law practice is complimented by a full home life with her husband and three sons. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys travelling, fitness, close friends, and the outdoors.
