In his estates practice, Fred serves owner-manager and high net wealth individuals design and document their estate plans to ensure their testamentary wishes are achieved in a tax efficient manner. In his business law practice, Fred works with entrepreneurs and their businesses to ensure the legal building blocks are in place to prepare for scaled and sustained growth.
In his business consulting practice, Fred works with information technology and SaaS companies to establish product and go-to-market programs to support growth ambitions. Fred brings many years of senior product development, marketing, sales, and customer engagement experience to each engagement and his blue-chip best practices to empower growing businesses.
Fred is also an active volunteer. He is board president of Camp Quality Canada, which sends kids with cancer and blood disorders to summer camps, and the Lytton Park Residents' Organization, which represents the interests of residents of the Lytton Park neighbourhood. Fred is also a Schulich School on Law (Dalhousie) mentor, and in the past has been a Law Society of Ontario Equity & Diversity mentor and Ryerson University Law Practice Program Principal.
