Lou got into immigration because he himself is an immigrant. His immigration law practice is heavily influenced by his personal experience and his sociological imagination, honed through his time in the Philippines, Singapore, France and the United States. Over the years, Lou developed his practice guided by ethics and responsibility, founded on Canadian legal education and training.
